Love the mitt, hate the service

My order confirmation said I will get another email when the product is delivered. I waited. Waited. Finally I called the service number - no answer for 2 days. I sent multiple emails - no response. This was a gift. I started to feel I got scammed. Finally someone replied to my email and they cc’d 2 others. They dropped the ball 100%. Never got the tracking email until I had to beg for it.
