Phil has been training cutting horses professionally for 16 years. He is a past PCCHA Futurity winner, PCCHA Classic/Challenge Champion and recent PCCHA Derby Champion in May of 2006. He has been in the top 15 at the NCHA World Finals for the past 3 years. Phil is a current NCHA director, a PCCHA Director and a PCCHA executive Committee member. Phil also holds his NCHA judges card.

Phil's wife, Rhonda is the 2004 World Champion $2000 limit rider. As well as a vital part of Phil's training operation.

He commented, "I have tried every saddle pad on the market and none of them can compare to my Supracor saddle pad. I use them on all my show horses as well as my turnback horse."
